Allison has extensive experience training and working with special populations including: sports injuries, hip replacement, knee replacement, orthopedic injuries, tendonitis, osteoporosis, perinatal, and senior fitness. She has specialized training in sports injuries, kinesiology, and body awareness. She been a member of ACSM, AFAA, NSCA, and NASM for over 20 years, performing research, training, and teaching.

Allison’s Group Fitness Instructor Expertise
Alison is a life-time certified group fitness instructor with AFAA and a life-time Spinning Instructor with Mad Dogg Athletics. She hold numerous certifications in group fitness including: Yoga, Pilates, TRX Suspension Training, Spinning, Kick-boxing, Bosu Balance Trainer, RIP Training, and Perinatal Fitness. Allison also danced for over 10 years as a young child and is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, and ballroom dance. Her dance training has helped her choreograph her fitness classes and workshops over the years.
Allison’s Healing Experience
Allison Stolar has been a certified Reiki Practitioner and Energy Healer through the Center of Living Light since 2002. She is an experienced healer who has treated hundreds of clients using the Usui Healing System, crystals, and aromatherapy with essential oils. Allison is also formally trained in Complementary & Alternative Medicine including fascia release technique, meditation, Ayurveda, and holistic herbs
