Allison Stolar received her Master in Exercise Sciences from the University of Connecticut and has her Master in Public Health certificate from Stony Brook University. She has been a trusted expert in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years. Allison has extensive knowledge of the health and wellness industry working as a manager, educator, instructor, trainer and presenter.
She is nationally recognized in the fitness industry as a consultant, program developer, exercise facilitator and health fitness instructor. Her expertise in developing and teaching exercise programs for aerobics instructors and personal trainers has been recognized by national fitness organizations such as AFAA, ACSM, and NASM.
Allison’s background in kinesiology, anatomy, employee wellness and fitness management has helped her establish her career in health and wellness. She is presently the owner of Inspire Train Fit, offering in-home personal training sessions, wellness retreats and onsite employee wellness seminars and retreats.
Allison’s training approach focuses on the mind, body and spirit. She uses a multi-dimensional comprehensive approach to help educate, motivate and guide clients to reach their goals. Her training philosophy focuses on both functional and integrated training where she combines various training modalities to fulfill each client’s specific fitness goals. Her unique skill set, education and experience has allowed her to work with a diverse group of clients from seasoned athletes, deconditioned older adults, weekend warriors, to clients with major joint injuries. Allison specializes in training special populations with the following conditions including: osteoporosis, obesity, arthritis, cancer, diabetes and prenatal.
Allison’s passions are sports, the great outdoors, traveling and fitness. Her personal goal is to inspire others live the best life possible through education, healthy food and exercise.
