PNF Stretching & Myofascial Release Technique

PNF stretching is an advanced form of flexibility training that involves contraction and stretching of muscles. To perform a PNF stretch, you will alternate between a static stretch-and-hold and an isometric contraction of the muscle being stretched.
Improving Range of Motion with PNF Stretching
PNF stretching has been proven to improve active and passive range of motion. It can be used to supplement daily, static stretching and has been shown to help athletes improve performance and make speedy gains in range of motion. Not only does it increase flexibility, but it can also improve muscular strength.
Multiple studies have shown that PNF stretching is superior to traditional static stretching in terms of improving range of motion. It is also excellent for targeting specific muscle groups. In addition, PNF stretching is believed to prevent knots and realign muscle fibers and connective tissue after microscopic damage that typically follows a high-intensity workout.
Myofascial Release Technique
Myofascial release is a hands-on technique to loosen, relax, and recover your body from physical and daily stress. This hands-on technique can increase mobility, reduce muscle tightness, and improve posture.
Private Yoga & Pilates Sessions
This workout is derived from the principles of strength and flexibility training. Each exercise sequence addresses alignment, muscle strength, endurance, and spine stabilization. Results from this training include improved posture, stronger abdominal, and back muscles, and overall improved appearance and body awareness.
Hatha yoga is a dynamic practice that includes using the breath to access the subtle energy flow within the body. Hatha yoga involves mindful, intentional action, balancing strength, stability, and flexibility in a process that affects all the systems of the body and mind. Through regular practice, one can realize vibrant health and greater peace of mind.
Vinyasa yoga is a flowing practice of yoga poses that emphasizes breathing techniques that are used as you move through each pose. Vinyasa combines hatha yoga and Iyengar teachings. This session includes breathing exercises combined with poses and stretches that promote health in the mind and body. This session ends with a short meditation to nourish the mind and body.
Reiki & Energy Healing Sessions

Reiki is a gentle hands-on healing technique that reduces stress, relieves pain, and facilitates healing, mentally, spiritually, and physically. Useful in treating all types of ailments and issues, the reiki energy of unconditional love is available to us all. The goal of this session will be to provide participants with an introduction to reiki and a sense of inner balance of your chakras.
Aromatherapy with Essential Oils
Aromatherapy is one of the most popular and natural ways to de-stress, unwind, relax, energize, balance and revitalize body, mind and spirit. Pure essential oils are the essence of nature that are extracted from flowers, leaves, bark and berries. It is through the sense of smell that the plant’s fragrant essence can impact emotions, memories, and suit every mood. Try adding just a few drops in the tub for a relaxing bath or in a bowl of hot water to scent a room.
A state of focused or mindful attention, which may include the use of a sitting posture, imagery, mantras, observation and control of breath, and or allowing thoughts to emerge and pass without becoming engaged to them. The deep relaxation of meditation may heal the body, quiet the mind, and provide a sense of inner balance.
Crystal healing is an alternative medicine technique that involves placing gemstones on the body to draw out negative energy, induce relaxation and reduce stress. It is believed that crystals act as conduits for healing the body.

BEMER session can be offered in a gym, spa or wellness location. These sessions will be offered in a reclined chair or massage table for 30minute or 60 minute sessions.
BEMER Session in the Workplace
These sessions will be offered in a reclined chair for 10 -20 minutes per employee. A quiet lounge area or conference room is all that is needed to host these sessions. Employees do not remove any clothing and they do not need to shower afterwards, they can immediately return to their desk feeling calm, refreshed, and relaxed.
