Corrective exercise patterns that focuses on muscle strengths and weakness. We have developed our own stretch and exercise sequence for clients with joint and back pain. Sessions include multiply modalities to relieve joint pain, muscle tightness, and muscle imbalances. We will train your greatness weakness and improve your movement patterns. These sessions require us to work along with your doctor or physical therapist. Medical clearance for exercise may be required.

Perinatal Fitness
